 Aims
Questions of Canon Law
This course aims to open theologians to the specific problems and methods of the canonists.
Main themes
Book II of the Codex Iuri Canonici will be commentated and discussed with close attention to the ecclesial practices and to contemporary ecclesiology, particularly that of the second Vatican Council, and with an interest for comparison with the law of Eastern churches.
