Aims

A continuation of the "Administrative Law I" course, the purpose of "Administrative Law II" is to address certain matters in so-called "special" administrative law.

Main themes

Content
The course is divided into three equal parts of ten hours. The first part is devoted to civil service law, the second one to the responsibility of the authorities and the third one to a specific theme selected from topical subjects.

Method

The teaching method is based on lectures. Students are encouraged to play an active part in the course.
