 Aims
Study of different methods for the characterisation of the microstructure of materials, and, more precisely, of the methods based on electron microscopy.
Main themes
Quantitative microscopy, treatment and analysis of images, physical and electronical optics, scanning electron microscopy, electron beam microanalysis, transmission electron microscopy, analytical microscopy.
