Aims
The course focuses mainly on the study of multi-modalism, i.e. the principles that are common to the different modes of transport.
Main themes
Transport by road, rail, sea and air is addressed. The particular legal regime is analysed in each case (international conventions, European law and Belgian norms, as well as technical aspects, customs and case-law), ensuring that emphasis is also placed on the principles that are common to these forms of transport.
Content and teaching methods
The lectures offer students the structural elements that are necessary to understand concepts and practice. Active participation adapted to their level of study is required of them.
