Aims

The aim of the seminar is to study the place of Dutch culture in the French-speaking or German-speaking secondary education system in Belgium. Starting with a theoretical discussion on the aims of this education system, the seminar addresses concrete possibilities for the teaching of modern languages in the secondary education system. A more practical part is dedicated to didactic tools fitted to the proposed teaching methodology.

They are then helped to prepare some secondary education lessons, which they will present to the class. After each presentation (in groups), a critical discussion follows.
