Introduction to the theory / methods for analysing spatial data and for thematic mapping. Exploratory spatial data analysis.
Content and teaching methods
. Map and geographical analysis. Data acquisition and data types. Graphical elements of the map (title, legend, orientation, colour, direction, raster, etc.). Cartomatic and geographical information systems. Elementary statistics and graphs.
