 Content and teaching methods
The third cultural community of Belgium (German-speaking Community) has a particularly eventful history. Marked by both the Germanic and Romance cultures, its specific identity was acquired between 1815 and 1920 while under Prussian rule. The course will study the present and past of this community in its political, economic, cultural, and religious aspects. Knowledge of German is not required!
