Main themes
Psychological Portion: in-depth analysis of the meaning of criminal behavior for the subject; emphasis is placed on a special type of behavior, in particular, aggression and violence, but it can also be placed on other types of behavior.
Psychoanalytical Portion: an analysis of the major contributions of psychoanalysis to the study of the criminal phenomenon: unconsciousness, drives, transference, recidivism, identification, developmental phases, neurosis, psychosis, psychopathic personality and perversion, the law as construct, the relation of the subject to the law, the subject conflicted ty the unconscious and by synchronic and diachronic impulses.
In its psychological and psychoanalytical aspects, the course may also address types of behavior considered as deviant.
