The ODE/IM correspondence is a suprising link between certain ordinary differential equations and integrable models. One example relates aspects of a Schrodinger equation with regular singular points and an irregular singularity at infinity to the integrable structure of a c<1 conformal field theory. We explore the simplest case of this example, namely the free fermion point of the massless sine-Gordon model and its relation to a rationally-extended harmonic oscillator.
