EDT-MAIN PhD Scientific Day / NanoWal annual meeting

The EDT-MAIN 2024 PhD students’ Scientific Day is co-organized with the Wallonia Network for Nanotechnology (NanoWal), with financial support from the FNRS.

We will be happy to welcome to UCLouvain – Louvain-la-Neuve this fall.

Three experts have agreed to give a keynote lecture:

Prof. Sébastien Royer (Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale, France) on

Prof. Philippe Dubois (University of Mons – Materia Nova asbl) on

“How will chemistry shape the materials of the future? A personal perspective”

Prof. Jean-Pierre Raskin (Université Catholique de Louvain) on

“Information Communication Technology for the best and the worst »

This meeting will be an opportunity for EDT-MAIN PhD students to present and share their work with the « MAIN » community of the FWB.

Slots for presentations and flash-talks will be available for PhD students or young post-doctoral researchers (one or two years after the thesis). Poster sessions (open to all) will be organized during coffee breaks and lunch to allow discussions on the latest outcomes in the field.
