To access this Master, students must have a good command of certain subjects. If this is not the case, they must add supplementary classes at the beginning of their Master’s programme in order to obtain the prerequisites for these studies.
The training added to some students depending on the program followed previously :
- Belgian university bachelor degree (law, psychology and oteco programs): maximum additional training 15 credits

Belgian non-university bachelor degree:
- Social worker assistant in law, in psychology, administrative sciences and public administration
Adding more training (15 to 30 credits) - Nursing, Nursing, Mental Health and Psychiatry, Educator specialized in psycho-educational support, Communication, Social Counselor, Social Ecology, Human Resource Management
Adding more training (30 to 60 credits)
- Social worker assistant in law, in psychology, administrative sciences and public administration
- Belgian Master degree of non-university higher education: maximum additional training 15 credits (to be defined at the time of admission).
- undergraduate degree from a foreign university

The access for students of the High Schools were revised under the Decree "Paysage". This joint proposal from the Universities of the French Community of Belgium must be validated by the Academy of Research and Higher Education (ARES).
