Cette option combine une formation technique et une formation aux approches pluridimensionnelles. Elle permet d'entrer dans la démarche gestionnaire des organismes (publics ou privés, internationaux ou locaux) à la base des projets et de faire preuve de maîtrise professionnelle dans un domaine (santé, infrastructure, production agricole...). Elle situe également les différents acteurs impliqués dans ces projets et programmes dans leurs trajectoires historiques et dans leurs capacités d'innovation.
