The evaluation methods comply with the regulations concerning studies and exams. More detailed explanation of the modalities specific to each learning unit are available on their description sheets under the heading “Learning outcomes evaluation method”.
A range of methods are used to evaluate students: continuous assessment (class participation and exercises), oral and/or written exams, a dissertation written in one of the two major languages chosen, an internship in a company which must be followed by a written report and oral defence. Both the report and the defence should be in the language used during the internship.Students must write their Master’s dissertation in one of the two languages in their programme and add an abstract in French.
Courses are evaluated according to current University regulations (see General Examination Regulations). Students may find further information on specific evaluation methods in the course descriptions.
To obtain a student’s average, the grades awarded for each course unit are weighted by their respective credits.
