The Institute of European Studies gives the students regularly enrolled to the Master 120 the opportunity to have an Erasmus study stay during the first semester of the annual block 2 of this program. A stay at a foreign university completes and enlarges the academic curriculum proposed at the UCL. The lectures followed there (for 30 credits) are intergrated to the curriculum of student at the UCL.
In 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 the following destinations are available:
- France: Institut d'Etudes Politiques à Paris
- Spain : University of A Coruna
- Portugal: University of Coimbra
- Italy: Florence University
- Germany: University of Cologne
- Poland: Jagiellonian University and University of Wroclaw
- Czech Republic : Charles University in Prague
- Switzerland: University of Geneva
The Institute of European Studies hosts also foreign students in the framework of Erasmus+ agreements signed with institutions mentioned above. To encourage non French speaking students to join the programme, certain courses are given in English; students may take each examination either in French or English.
