Cette finalité vise à la construction d'une problématique de l'humanitaire et de la réhabilitation post-crise sur une base multidisciplinaire. Elle conjugue les perspectives juridique, culturelle, politique et sanitaire permettant l'analyse des situations nécessitant les interventions humanitaires. Elle permet notamment de faire le lien entre situation d'urgence et politique de développement plus durable.
