Teaching method

Retour en début de pageStrong points of the pedagogical approach

The Master in Motor Skills: General is centred on acquiring and developing specific skills in physiotherapy in various areas of application (orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory, uro-gynaecological, cardio-vascular, psychiatric, pediatric, geriatric etc). The teaching is done in different ways: lectures, practical courses in small groups and sessions on specialized techniques.
Through the optional subjects, students can develop their knowledge in one of the following areas : technological aids for handicapped people, prevention of pathologies linked with working conditions and adapted physical activities used as additional therapy.

By doing a dissertation, students may specialize in a precise area either through bibliographic research or through experimental work in a laboratory, benefiting from close collaboration and a privileged learning relationship with their supervisor.

Retour en début de pageEvaluation

There are three main sessions of examinations : in January, June and September.
Assessment of the theoretical courses is based on a written or oral examination and may be combined and/or replaced by elements of continuous assessment.

Assessment of the practical training is continuous and may be supplemented by a final assessment.

Students will be informed of the methods of assessment at the beginning of each course.
