Where there is no timetable clash, the program is available to all students interested in studying the linguistics, literature and culture of the Italian language. However, it is fair to assume that, given faculty links, the course will above all appeal to students enrolled on baccalaureates in history, history of art and archeology, ancient languages and literature and modern literature.In order for the course not to become overstretched, the maximum number of students admitted is 25. The student's reasons for choosing the course as well as how well it fits with the rest of his/her studies will be considered at selection stage. The student is invited to give his/her reasons for applying to the course in his/her application letter.

For the minor in Italian studies, there are no entry requirements. An application form is available at the following address:
