1. At the end of his studies, regardless of the focus chosen, the student will have acquired skills in the following fields :
- archeology (national, Mediteranean, Egyptian and Oriental);
- history of art (Medieval and modern times, contemporary);
- studying and managing local heritage. 

2. Depending on the focus chosen, the student will also have acquired :
- a deeper knowledge of the history of art and archeology (research focus);
- specific professional skills opening up the possibility of working in the private sector (professional focuses);
- teaching skills (and the title of 'agrégé de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur') (teaching focus).

The programme is made up of :
♦ core courses (60 credits), made up of :
- 28 dissertation credits and 2 credits for the accompanying seminar;
- 30 programme of study credits;
♦ one focus (30 credits);
♦ and two options or optional courses (30 credits).

Wathever the focus or the options chosen, the programme of this master shall totalise 120 credits, spread over two years of studies each of 60 credits
