At the end of his studies, the student will have developed high level communication skills in the two Germanic languages which have formed his master in 60 credits. These skills are classed at European level as amounting to those of a 'proficient user'.
Depending on the courses chosen (see infra), the student will have been given an introduction to the scientific analysis of texts, from both a linguistic and literary point of view, as well as how to study writers, theories or different schools of thought, or more generally, linguistic or literary approaches.
Accessible master :
Master in Modern Languages and Literatures : German, Dutch and English [120.0] Direct access to the second year of the master; training includes the Dissertation and the Dissertation seminar (30 credits), one focus and the possible further trainings (maximum 30 credits).
