The master 60 en histoire de l’art et archéologie, orientation musicologie aims to give the student advanced training in methodology and criticism in the field of musicology.

The master aims to provide second level musicology training of a less specialised nature than the 120 course, but just as complete when it comes to learning. As such, it does not include methodological research approaches (applied to the subject of a dissertation).

End of study work consists of taking stock of a given subject, with the critical view and rigour required in university courses.

The programme is made up of :
♦ core courses of 40 credits, including 15 credits for the end of study work;
♦ and one option of 20 credits, to be taken in one of the partner institutions (Brussels, Namur or Liège).
