Master in Modern Languages and Literatures : Oriental Languages [60.0] - HORI2M1
This master provides additional training in the fields of the ancient and medieval Orient and is based on the study of ancient languages, used from the Mediterranean basin to the Far East. It attaches importance to the literary, historical and archeological aspects of the civilisations in question. This master is particularly intended for holders of a master en sciences humaines who wish to broaden their knowledge and their fields of investigation in the field of oriental studies.
General presentation of the programme
The programme is made up of :
♦ core courses (40 credits), made up of : - 23 credits in Oriental language, history and civilisation; - 17 credits for the end of study work; ♦ one option (20 credits).
Accessible master : the Master en langues et littératures anciennes, orientation orientales [120.0] (direct access to the second year of the master).
