ENROLMENT FOR THE OPTION COURSE
1. Enrolment for the option course
In BAC 2
Enrolment for the option course can be done in BAC 2 via the internet (Students must first enroll for BAC2 before enrolling for an option course).
Alternatively, students may access enrolment for the option course via their virtual office (go to the UCL site, give identification and click on ‘My Office’).
Students who are retaking BAC2 are automatically re-enrolled.

In BAC 3
When they enrol for the third year of the bachelor’s degree (BAC 3), students are automatically enrolled for the second part of the option course taken in the second year (BAC2). The same applies to students retaking their third year (BAC 3).

All requests for exemption from this rule must be submitted to the adviser from the relevant programme.

2. Enrolment for the activities in the option programme
Enrolment for activities (courses) in the option course should be done at the same time as enrolment for activities (courses) in the main subject.
Enrolment for courses is done by using the menu in the virtual office.
This menu will be available during the month of September.
