Admission1. Student must hold a university degree or a non-university higher education degree included in the following list, or demonstrate useful knowledge or skills acquired in his personal or professional life(VAE).
2. Student must demonstrate : a) the ability to express himself, draft texts, summarise and use his imagination; b) a previous introduction to the philosophical, literary or artistic disciplines (e.g. via the Mineure en culture et création [30.0]); c) practical experience in performing arts acquired prior to beginning the master. Theatre courses, internships and workshops followed at the Académie, school or university are just some examples of this type of experience. Advanced skills in stage management is a vital condition to start the teaching focus of the master. 3. In the absence of sufficient training in one or several of these subjects, prerequisites are added to the masters programme (maximum 15 credits). If the total number of prerequisites exceeds 15 credits, access to the master will be subject to the student passing an Année d'études préparatoire au master en arts du spectacle [60.0], (preparatory year of study) the programme of which, totalling 60 credits maximum, will be drawn up based on the student's file. Course equivalences are submitted for approval to the chairman of the jury, the seceretary of the jury and the academic faculty secretary 4. Submit an application before 5 September, accompanied by a file containing copies of previous qualifications, a detailed list of higher education courses which may have been taken, a curriculum vitae and three passport photos. An admissions test or interview will take place in mid-September (just one session is planned).
