At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 Competencies
Given the « competencies referential » linked to the LSM Master in Management and in Business Engineering, this course mainly develops the following competencies:
  • 9. Display self-knowledge and independence, able to adapt quickly to new situations and involve positively.
  • 6. Integrate and work in a team, exercise enlightened leadership within the group.
  • 8. Communicate, converse effectively and convincingly with the stakeholders.
  • 7. Define and manage a project to completion, taking into account the objectives, resources and constraints that characterize the project environment.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to:
  • Identify and position his role as an intern in the organization
  • Identify the difficulties of the internship and the ways in which they can be resolved
  • Set the ethical stakes of his tasks
  • Identify gaps between the skills acquired and the skills required for his work experience

Evaluation methods
  • Ongoing assessment (no resit exam or assessment)
  • The final grade of the course MLSMM2202  is made up of the assessment of the internship by the internship supervisor and the assessment of the other productions including the internship report. If these two learning activities are passed, the integration method provides for each of them to contribute 50% of the final grade; if one of the two learning activities is failed, the integration method retains the failing grade.

  • Specific arrangements are possible for students who are abroad for their intership
