Main themes
This course addresses a series of topics related to business law in the form of interactions with specialized external speakers. These themes may vary depending on the academic year but must at least appear as initiations to the following subjects:
- The interaction between the rules governing legal entities and ESG criteria (particularly in terms of transparency of information and accountability of organs)
- Protection of intellectual rights
- The regulatory framework of the company (including procurement contracts)
- Compliance with tax and accounting obligations
- Urban planning and environmental responsibility
- Corporate criminal law
- The digital economy
- Law and labor market
