Content
Sight translation of texts from different (non-specialised) genres covering diverse topics about current affairs from various publications (The Guardian, The Economist, etc.).
Teaching methods
Lectures on translation and sight translation. Practical exercises of sight translation that must be done according to the instructions given by the teacher (individually, in pairs, etc.).
At the beginning of the semester, students are put in a position to be able to take the interpretation aptitude test.

Evaluation methods
The evaluation of the UE will consist in an oral sight translation, which will have to be done individually and as taught during the semester, without any tool, during the session of January. Students taking the exam during the session of August/September will do likewise.
