The course studies, on both a theoretical and practical point a view, in an interactive formula : 1. The sale. 2. The lease. 3. The real loan. 4. The usufruct, emphyteosis, and right of superficy. 5. The transfer of universalities. 6. The mortgage credit.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 The teaching intends to to study the drafting of the contracts in the notary field, especially in three fields : sale, conventions related to the occupation of immovables (lease, usufruct') and mortgage credit. It will complete the acquired formation, by analyzing into in a specifically notary dimension the general concepts which have already been seen, and by presenting the particular problems related to the notary practice
