At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
1 | Express fluently in LSFB the message originally delivered in French respecting the speaker's drift and purpose; |
2 | Use LSFB and French accurately; |
3 | Rigorously and efficiently employ knowledge and know-how in the practice of consecutive interpreting; |
4 | Demonstrate that he or she possesses broad general knowledge and is keen to develop further in this domain; |
5 | Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of French culture and of deaf culture; |
6 | Adapt presentation (form and content) to the target audience respecting the speaker's purpose; |
7 | Independently implement the measures necessary to improve interpreting skills in pursuit of continuing professional development. |
