The studied publishing apps and platforms will help bring together (or present separately) text, image, video, and sound, while the introduction to the most advanced and effective tools and methods for creating digital editions will also involve edition visualization technologies.
Online publishing tools will be studied and deployed for projects in subjects such as (digital) art, (digital) art history, and (digital) history. Methods and tools will also be studied and deployed for Distant Reading applications in literature, philosophy, arts, and culture, and for Culture Analytics.
The theoretical and hands-on introduction to, and tools for, Data Science and Data Analytics will be complemented by working with tools for publishing, sharing, and visualizing data online and a practical introduction to Linked Data.

|.||The goal of this course is to introduce the students to the most advanced and effective digital tools and affordances relevant to their subject matter and/or their personal research/professional interests in terms of (critical) digital edition methods and data analysis, visualization, and online publishing, and help them learn how to deploy them successfully in academic/real-life and job/career-relevant contexts.
