Contenu
Combination of classes, individual readings, teamwork on real-life case studies and class presentations:
  • Introduction to organizational and individual performance management. Management control at the crossroads of strategic planning and operational control: strategic cost management, budgetary control and variance analysis, performance measures and Key Performance Indicators, reporting and Balanced Scorecards.
  • Performance management in Private Equity: quantitative measures of performance, risk/return metrics, non-financial performance indicators (ESG, SDG,…) and introduction to impact investing in Private Equity
