Main themes
The lesions of soft fabrics, traumatology, the prostheses articular and the rhumatology constitute the principal matter of pathologies of the musculo-skeletal system. Pathology, the indications kiné, the assessment and the evaluation of the functional capacities, the techniques of kiné are taught. Demonstration private clinics supplement this teaching.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 At the end of this entity of teaching, the student must be able to control pathology, the indications kiné, the bases of the assessment and evaluation of the functional capacities, the basic techniques in kiné referring to the musculo-skeletal system.

Content
The aim of this course is to give a general survey of the common orthopaedic problems in children and adolescents regarding the physiotherapeutic practice including physical examination, practical and clinical information. The foot congenital deformities and the non surgical treatment will be discussed in a lager part, frequent injuries and specific fractures will be quickly revised as well as sport pathology.
