  • Introduction : Concepts and main post-conflict dilemmas
  • Theoretical approaches to reconciliation: structural, psycho-social, spiritual approaches.
  • Key issues : truth, justice, forgiveness
  • Case studies
  • Teaching Methodology: Focus on theoretical and practical aspects of reconciliation. The understanding of the theoretical variables essentially result from the analysis of concrete case studies and the participation in simulations and role plays.

Written assignment on a specific case study
Participation during the course and the simulations
Evaluation methods
The whole pedagogy is based on active interactions with students. Beyond the regular course and the simulations, lectures will be organized with practitioners and/or scholars.
