Prerequisites
The pre-requisites for this course, which alternates with classroom observation and teaching practice (FILO9001), are the knowledge acquired in the general didactics (AGRE 2220) and didactics of philosophy (FILO2540) classes.
Main themes
The themes approached evolve and vary based on the pedagogical experience of the trainees.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 This course aims for the harmonious integration of theory and practice for teaching applicants in the framework of their classroom observation and teaching practice.

Content
As pedagogical experience is the starting point for the trainees, no specific content will be determined beforehand. The work carried out by the student during his training period will be optimized thanks to the harmonious integration of theory and practice in close collaboration with the head of training, the training supervisors and the other trainees.
The method will consist in a common progress towards:
  • the best possible understanding of the specificity of philosophical questioning
  • the best possible understanding of school reality
Evaluation methods
The evaluation will be based on the active participation in the sessions on the one hand and, on the other hand, on a final written report. This report will take the form of a summary of the experience and the thoughts put down in a diary throughout the training periods and the course.
