Les principaux thèmes abordés dans l'activité portent sur :
- Les différentes formes de diversités au travail et leurs enjeux en matière de Management Humain d'un point de vue multidisciplinaire (gestionnaire, sociologique, démographique, juridique, économique et historique)
- Les origines de la gestion des diversités en management, et le sens des concepts associés t.q. discriminations positives, égalité des chances.
- La relation entre diversité et performance et le 'business case' de la diversité.
- Les différents modèles qui portent sur la gestion des diversités au travail
- La mise en relation des pratiques et des techniques actuelles de GRH et des caractéristiques spécifiques des organisations en matière de gestion des diversités
- La dimension « gestion de conflits » au regard des cadres de référence psychosociologiques en la matière.

Content
The principal themes that will be covered during this course are:
- The different types of diversity at work and the challenges for the humane management of diverse personnel viewed from a multidisciplinary lens (management, sociology, demography, law, economics and history)
- The origins of diversity management and related concepts (e.g. positive discrimination, equal opportunities, ...)
- The relationship between diversity and organisational performance through 'the business case of diversity'
- The different models concerning the management of diversity in the workplace
- Diversity management practices and policies and general HR policies that aim to create inclusion in the workplace
- Inter-group conflict management through a psychosociological approach
