This course aims to give the students analytical tools to understand the main social and economic issues in Latin America, taking in account the actors' logic, at local, national and international level and in a long-term perspective.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

- Ability to understand the main social and economic challenges in Latin America. - Ability to put into question generally accepted ideas on social identities in Latin America and making the students aware of the socio-cultural heterogeneousness of this sub-continent.
