Main themes
- Structure of architectural and engineering studies. - Organization of contracting authorities (public, private, individual). - Approach the management methods of studies office. - Quality of the service given to the contracting authorities. - Basic functional programming, structural and equipment programming. Study of circulation flows and flow-chart. - Analyse of flexibility. - Detailled programming and " room by room " document. - Structure and evolution of the building industry. - Reference book of specifications, norms, regulations, technical specifications, measurement code, evaluation of cost. - Data base, structure of specification, cost evolution with Ci/Sfb classification.
Aims
- Initiation to the question of project management and office management (architeCture or engineering). - The student will be initiate to methods of design specific to important projects and very complex buildings. - The student will be initiate to the organization and functionning features in the building industry. - Analyse of books of specifications. - Cost evolution during the studies.
