Main themes
To meet these objectives, the course deals with the following : - examination of present currents of thought and of significant documents in order to highlight the requirements, the issues, the difficulties and the chances of Christian interdenominational dialogue, on one hand, and of interreligious dialogue on the other hand; - comparative reflection on these two dialogues.
Aims
Interdenominational Dialogue and Interreligious Dialogue By the end of this course, the student should be able to undertake critical reflection into the differences and similarities between Christian interdenominational dialogue and interreligious dialogue, into their requirements, issues, obstacles and chances.

Content
The course will highlight the difference and the affinities between (Christian) interdenominational dialogue and inter-religious dialogue. So, about each of both dialogues, one will study the currents of thought and significant documents allowing to deal with the following questions: under which conditions is this type of dialogue possible? What are its aims and issues? What are its chances and difficulties today?
