Main themes In the field of the psychopathological manifestations at these stages of life, a major configuration is studied each year to be thoroughly analyzed according to the double perspective of the psychoanalytical and systemic approach. We will insist on the characteristic consistency and specificity of each approach and on the relevance, on this basis, of a confrontation and a possible dialogue between these perspectives. The focus is on the psychopathological dimension: disorder semiology, implied mechanisms, evolution of clinical manifestations and indications of treatment will be broached on the bases of studies and formalizations which exist in the scientific literature characteristic of each perspective and the clinical experience of the teachers.
Aims Starting from a major psychopathological configuration of childhood and adolescence chosen for the course, the student will have to be able to, for such or such singular case: - wonder on the disease process, the mechanisms and factors at stake in this psychopathological configuration and this, in the double perspective of the analytical and systemic approach; - differentiate the reading and analysis level of the two approaches and define the consistency and the relevance characteristic to each one; - think about the case study in the field of childhood and adolescence as theoretical and clinical method of investigation and treatment.
Content Method: detailed analysis, in an interactive mode with the students, and in a dialogue between perspectives, of one or several case published in the scientific literature of psychoanalytic and systemic or being the matter of the teacher's own experience.
