General information
  1. Registration for GPR 2014 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.
  2. Please fill the Online Registration Form to register. Payements are by credit card.
  3. You can register online until the end of the conference. Inclusion of the final papers in the conference program requires registration at the time of submission (a final paper submission form will be available soon).
  4. There is no waiving of registration fees. Yet, Early Stage Researchers participating to the EU-COST Action TU1208 can apply for funding of part of their travel and accomodation costs (please contact Lara Pajewski to apply).
  5. The conference registration fee includes:
    • The participation to the meeting, from June 30 to July 4, 2014 ;
    • The information & schedules leaflet ;
    • The conference proceedings USB flash drive ;
    • The morning and afternoon coffe breaks "gusto".
Please note that the delegate fee does not include any lunch or travel and accomodation costs. Delegates can take their lunch nearby the conference venue, in a great variety of nice restaurants and lunch bars surrounding the Square Brussels Meeting Centre, the beautiful Grand Place or the Grand Sablon.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by email by Frédéric André before 31 May 2014. The cancellation fee is 50 EUR. Cancellations after 31 May 2014 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Liability
The Organizing Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With his/her registration the participant accepts this proviso.
