It is expected that around 30 papers will be submitted for the proposed Special Issue. External contributions on GPR 2014 topics not presented at the conference will be solicited as well. All papers submitted to the special issue will undergo the standard IEEE JSTARS review process, coordinated by the guest editors of the special issue. Reviewers will include well-known experts in the field of GPR and, in particular, the members of the Scientific Review Panel of GPR 2014. |
