L'étudiant suivra un des cours de langue de néerlandais comme première langue (3 niveaux : élémentaire, intermédiaire ou avancé), en fonction du test de placement organisé par l'ILV.

Mandatory Cours de langue 2 - 30h  

L'étudiant suivra un des cours de langue suivants comme deuxième langue (3 niveaux : débutant, intermédiaire ou avancé), en fonction du choix exprimé par l'étudiant et du test de placement organisé par l'ILV : allemand, anglais ou espagnol.

Mandatory Cours de terminologie juridique (6 credits)

L'étudiant est tenu de suivre le cours de terminologie juridique néerlandaise et de choisir un des deux autres cours de terminologie juridique.

L'étudiant réalise un travail dirigé parmi les matières suivantes : droit constitutionnel, droit des obligations, droit pénal, droit de la procédure pénale et droit de l'Union européenne. Il s'adresse au secrétariat de la faculté pour connaître le groupe dans lequel il peut s'inscrire.

Mandatory Travail dirigé 3ème année  

L'étudiant réalise un travail dirigé parmi les matières suivantes : droit des personnes et de la famille, droit social, droit commercial, droit des contrats, droit administratif, droits réels et intellectuels ou droit judiciaire. Il s'adresse au secrétariat de la faculté pour connaître le groupe dans lequel il peut s'inscrire.

Les étudiants sont tenus de choisir entre une mineure proposée par l'École de criminologie ou par une autre faculté de l'UCL (économie, gestion, etc.) et le programme d'approfondissement en droit.
