- a chirp free and high bandwidth X-cut LiNbO3 Mach-Zehnder modulator
- a modulator bias controller to lock the modulator in quadrature made and guarantee a highly stable output signal
- an optimised anamogue driver amplifier with minimum 40 GHz bandwidth with gain control
- two DFB lasers at 1310 nm (15 mW) and 1550 nm (100mW)
- one high bandwidth photodetector (up to 50 GHz) with high sensitivity at both 1550 nm and 1310 nm windows
