Name : LabRAM HR

Short description : LabRAM HR is an instrument from Horiba Scientific which combines a very high spectral and spatial resolution with the ability to probe samples with three different laser wavelengths: 488 nm, 514 nm and 633 nm. The different gratings available allow sweepings of the sample from 80 cm-1 to 3500 cm-1 in a single acquisition. A motorized stage allows XY and Z mappings of defined areas to investigate point-by-point the characteristics of a determined area in the sample.
