SICT 2023 was an in-person event at Université Grenoble Alpes in Grenoble, France.

This registration fee covers SICT 2023 organizational costs, lunches, a social event, caffeinated breaks, and snacks in the morning. Please mind that transportation and accommodation are not covered by this registration fee, and you will need to make your own arrangements for this. We list accommodation options on this page.

Scholarship (2023 EDITION)

We have a limited number of scholarships available to cover the registration fee for SICT 2023. In case you need a scholarship to be able to attend, please apply by sending an email to info@sictdoctoralschool.com. Please include a document of at most one page in which you (a) motivate why and how participation at SICT 2023 is beneficial in the context of your research, (b) briefly outline your economic situation, and (c) mention your mode of transportation to travel to and from Grenoble, France. Please mind that we cannot cover travel and accommodation expenses with this scholarship. When selecting researchers for scholarships, we will consider your application in the context of SICT's educational mission and values, including our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as our goal to minimize the harmful planetary impacts of our doctoral summer school. Minority scholars and scholars from the Global South will be treated with preference.

If you need to cancel, the following rules apply: We refund 50% of your registration fee if you cancel up until and including May 31. After May 31, your registration fee will not be refunded.
