This year, the ClubINFO, a part of the IEEE Student branch has many motivated newcomers. This Wednesday November 10th, they kicked off their first event, The INGI Dakar2k21. As the name suggests, it is a race car contest but with some quirks. The contestants must use genetic algorithms to create the car that will beat them all. It is a brand new activity covering an interesting subject, good luck to the participants!

This Monday 22 February 2021, the ClubINFO, a part of the IEEE Student Branch of UCLouvain, kicked off the 3rd edition its Capture The Flag, a security contest where team have to solve challenges to earn points. The winning team is the one with the most point.

The CTF is officially finished. We would like to thank all the teams for their active participation and motivation. Congratulations to Sci_Beer-Sea_Curry-Tea_m (1st) , HSHN (2nd), Cyber Giraffe (3rd).

The ClubINFO, part of the IEEE Student Branch, is currently running a Capture The Flag (CTF) for students of UCLouvain. A CTF is a security contest where contestants have to resolve challenges, mostly related to cybersecurity, to get flags. A flag is a sequence of characters and each flag is associated with a score. The winning team will be the one earning the highest score.

The CTF started the 11th February and will end on the 4th March. There are 12 challenges and 15 teams are participating.
