How to get to the campus of Louvain-la-Neuve ?

By car
From Brussels:
take the E411 motorway towards Namur, Luxembourg
From Namur/Luxembourg:
take the E411 motorway towards Brussels
Then:
- take exit 8a marked « Louvain-la-Neuve centre »
- at the roundabout, take the third exit to « Louvain-la-Neuve
Sud »
- at the next roundabout, take the first exit to Boulevard Baudouin
Ier
- at the second street on your right (Avenue de Jardin Botanique)
- take the second street on your right (parking P22)
- the Carnoyl building is the next one parkink
By plane
The best airport to come to Belgium is Brussels
airport in Zaventem.
From there, you can take a train to Brussels (every
30 minutes)
A taxi from
the airport to Louvain-la-Neuve costs around 55 euros.
By train
The name of the station is "Louvain-la-Neuve-Université".
There are some local trains relating directly the station of Louvain-la-Neuve
to Brussels and Leuven; but the bulk of the traffic goes through
the station of "Ottiginies", via three to four hourly
trains. "Ottignies" is situated on the main train axis
"Brussels-Namur-Luxembourg", and is also linked to Charleroi.
