Online PhD management interface

Welcome to the online interface for the PhD programme management. The interface is available to all PhD students of the Secteur des Sciences et Technologies. To help you with the use of the interface, a user guide is available here.

After 30 May 2025, this site will not accept new admission requests. Starting 16 June 2025, the main registration page of the UCLouvain portal will be the only entry point for new PhD admission requests.

Applications can be submitted any time during the academic year and will be reviewed at the next CDD meeting.
