We will welcome as foreign guest speakers :
* Sjoerd Dirksen (RWTHAachen, Germany) for a talk on "The quest for fast binary embeddings"
* and Gilles Puy (Technicolor, Rennes, France) for a talk on "Sampling smooth signals on graphs for fast spectral clustering"
Laurent Jacques, who is organizing this meeting, has set up a website (thanks, Laurent!) where you can, before November 1, register (free but **compulsory**) and propose a talk if you wish.
