Harsh Environment Electronics

 

Objective ot this course

Present the main aspects of the electronics devices and circuits operating in extreme environments, such as low and high temperatures as well as radiation hardness, by experts in field. The course will cover the important concepts from the basic device physics up to the circuit design for these extreme environments, in 1 day and a half, in accordance with the following program.
