Les \u00e9quipes rest\u00e9es en Belgique sont tenues inform\u00e9es de la situation.<\/li><li>Le bouclage des op\u00e9rations : la fin d\u2019une op\u00e9ration rec\u00e8le toujours une multitude de risques. D\u00e8s lors, le personnel du SGRS reste sur place jusqu\u2019aux derniers instants et garde une vigilance maximale.<\/li><li>Le bilan : l\u2019op\u00e9ration est \u00e9valu\u00e9e phase apr\u00e8s phase afin de travailler plus efficacement \u00e0 l\u2019avenir et d\u2019\u00e9viter certains risques.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-901475b\" data-id=\"901475b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8df84d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8df84d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Monitoring of potential risk areas: the collected information is transformed in studies, and the General Staff and other stakeholders are provided with briefings.<\/li><li>Preparation of the politico-military decision-making process: the analysts provide the ministerial cabinets with studies.<\/li><li>Preparation of deployments: where possible, the contacts and intelligence networks are activated, and agents are sent on site.<\/li><li>Planning of operations: once the strategic framework is established, the detachments are supplied with as much information as possible, leading officers are briefed on the security environment, the many electronic defence systems are programmed&#8230;<\/li><li>Execution of operations: the detachments receive continuous tactical and operational information, and particular attention is paid to internal security and external threats. The home front is kept informed of the situation<\/li><li>End of operations: the end of an operation always comes with numerous risks. text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px; padding-right: 25px; border: 5px solid transparent;\"><p>After 1962, the priorities of Belgium with regard to Central Africa were the following:<\/p><ul><li>Keeping a leading role on the international diplomatic scene;<\/li><li>Protecting and possibly evacuating nationals;<\/li><li>Possibly organising <a class=\"jcepopup\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.uclouvain.be\/digithemis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Congoorderbook.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">military interventions<\/a>, whether in an international context or not;<\/li><\/ul><\/td><td style=\"width: 300px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px; padding-right: 25px; border: 5px solid transparent;\"><p>Na 1962 heeft Belgi\u00eb de volgende prioriteiten voor wat betreft Midden-Afrika:<\/p><ul><li>Het behoud van een leidende rol op het internationaal diplomatiek forum;<\/li><li>De bescherming en eventuele evacuatie van landgenoten;<\/li><li>Het eventueel organiseren van <a class=\"jcepopup\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.uclouvain.be\/digithemis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Congoorderbook.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">militaire tussenkomsten<\/a>, al dan niet in een internationaal verband.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td style=\"width: 300px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px; padding-right: 25px; border: 5px solid transparent;\">Le Service g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Renseignement se voit confier un r\u00f4le important, puisqu\u2019il doit transmettre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aux autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes les informations collect\u00e9es, tant sur le plan strat\u00e9gique\/op\u00e9rationnel que sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel\/tactique. Ces informations, ainsi qu\u2019une pr\u00e9sence permanente sur le terrain, permettent de conduire, depuis la Belgique, un certain nombre d\u2019op\u00e9rations de sauvetage arm\u00e9es et de participer \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations internationales de maintien de la paix.<\/td><td style=\"width: 300px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px; padding-right: 25px; border: 5px solid transparent;\">The Service g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Renseignement was entrusted with a major role, i.e. providing the competent authorities with regular information pertaining to both the strategic\/operational and the operational\/tactical level. Thanks to this information and the permanent presence on site, it was possible to conduct several armed rescue operations from Belgium and to participate in international peacekeeping operations.<\/td><td style=\"width: 300px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px; padding-right: 25px; border: 5px solid transparent;\">Een belangrijke rol is weggelegd voor de Algemene Dienst Inlichting die regelmatig de door haar verzamelde gegevens, zowel van strategisch-operationele als van operationeel-tactische aard, ter beschikking stelt van de bevoegde autoriteiten.
